FITNESS MASTERY

WHY BRENDA PETRILLO

Three strengths most consultants can't combine.

Enterprise Change Discipline

Nearly thirty years leading enterprise transformation for Fortune 100 and 500 companies, federal organizations and complex business environments — ERP implementations, operating model changes and large-scale organizational change touching thousands of people. Out of that work came Change Fitness Mastery™, my practical framework for leader alignment, stakeholder readiness, adoption and sustainment. The discipline isn't theoretical. It's been tested at scale.

Practical AI
Fluency

Tens of thousands invested in advanced AI training, mastermind programs and daily applied use — across my own consulting practice, my client engagements and the AI education I deliver to leaders and teams. I am not an engineer or a programmer. I am an advanced practical user who knows how to leverage AI to create real efficiencies in operations, decision-making and execution. Most change management consultants are still avoiding the AI conversation. I lead it.

Lived Business Ownership

Built and sold multiple companies. Grew an independent consulting practice into a seven-figure business — started while still in a corporate role, then left to lead it full time. Earned SBA WOSB and EDWOSB certifications solo, without paying a consultant to navigate the paperwork. I know what running a business actually feels like — and what it costs when the human side gets ignored.

Short Bio

Early in my career, I learned that change is never only about the plan, the process or the technology. It's about the people who have to lead it, live it and sustain it long after the consultant leaves.

While I was helping organizations navigate complex transformation, I was also rebuilding my own life after disruption and learning firsthand what it takes to lead, adapt and keep moving when the path is uncertain.

That experience shaped how I see transformation today. Change does not fail because organizations do not understand the need for change. It fails when leaders are not aligned, stakeholders are not prepared, the emotional side of disruption is underestimated and adoption is treated as a project task instead of a business outcome.

As the founder of Infinity Management Consultants, I provide senior change management and leadership consulting, strategic advisory and implementation support for organizations navigating complex transformation and service based businesses ready to strengthen growth, improve operations and optimize the client experience.

With more than thirty years of enterprise change leadership experience, I help leaders move from strategy to execution by aligning people, structuring the work, managing adoption risk and building the capability needed to sustain change after the project team is gone.

My Change Fitness Mastery™ Framework was built from this belief: organizations do not just need to manage change. They need the leadership, resilience, readiness and operating discipline to move through change well.

Today, my work is focused on helping clients solve real business problems, prepare people for what comes next and build the capacity to make transformation stick.

Long bio

For more than thirty years, I have led transformation for Fortune 100 and 500 companies, federal government organizations and complex business environments. I've worked across energy, the U.S. Navy, the NSA, Adobe Systems, Dell, Honeywell, Charles Schwab, Globe Life and the consulting practice I built from the ground up — earning industry certifications and learning the work by doing it, not by being handed a corner office.

What I am known for is the part of transformation most consultants underbuild: leader alignment, stakeholder readiness, operating discipline and the human side of adoption. And what makes my work different now is the combination most change consultants can't credibly claim — enterprise-grade change discipline, practical AI fluency built over three years of daily use, and the lived experience of building, owning and selling my own businesses.

Brenda brings a consulting approach that is strategic enough for executives and practical enough for the teams responsible for execution. She helps organizations move through ambiguity by clarifying the real business problem, structuring the work, identifying adoption risk and creating a path that leaders and teams can actually follow. Her work is grounded in the belief that transformation succeeds when strategy, people, process and execution are aligned around the same outcome.

Through Change Fitness Mastery™, Brenda helps organizations strengthen the leadership behaviors, readiness practices and operating discipline required to sustain adoption and performance through disruption. The framework is designed for complex environments where the technical solution may be sound, but success still depends on whether people are prepared, supported and able to adopt new ways of working. Her approach helps leaders move beyond traditional change activity and build the capability to lead change with greater clarity, resilience and consistency.

Brenda also advises established service based businesses through The Revenue Recovery Method™, helping owners identify where revenue, time and client momentum are being lost across the client journey. This work focuses on the practical gaps that often limit growth, including missed follow up, unclear handoffs, scheduling friction, inconsistent processes and owner dependent delivery. Her advisory work helps business owners improve operations, strengthen the client experience and recover capacity without adding unnecessary complexity.

As organizations continue adapting to artificial intelligence, Brenda also supports leaders and teams with AI enablement and education. Her focus is not on chasing tools. It is on helping organizations map the work, identify practical use cases and prepare people to adopt AI in ways that improve execution, decision making and business value. She helps leaders and business owners think clearly about what should stay human, what can be supported by AI and what can be responsibly automated.

Brenda is known for bringing seasoned judgment, structured thinking and human centered execution to every engagement. She can advise senior leaders, partner with project teams, translate complexity into clear action and help organizations build the conditions for sustainable adoption. Her consulting style is direct, practical and outcome focused, with a strong emphasis on solving the right problem rather than creating unnecessary activity.

Every engagement is personally led by Brenda, with the ability to bring in a vetted bench of senior consultants, specialists and trusted partners when the scope calls for additional capacity. This gives clients access to founder led judgment, specialized expertise and the right scale to meet the work.

Whether supporting enterprise transformation, federal agencies, prime contractor partnerships or service based business growth, Brenda’s work is anchored in one core belief: change should not be treated as something organizations simply endure. With the right leadership, readiness and operating discipline, change can become a measurable advantage.
