AUTHENTIC LEADER | UNWAVERING ADVOCATE | INSIGHTFUL OBSERVER

As a business and Transformation Change Leader, I am passionate about the people side of change. I’m here to partner with you to build an organization where the business and the people thrive.

HERE’S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WHEN WE WORK TOGETHER

L.O.V.E.

01 | LEAD WITH passion

This means, I am committed to fierce and compassionate curiosity, interest, and leadership —listening intently to genuinely understand diverse perspectives, provide unwavering advocacy, and doing the right thing, always.

02 | own it

This means, I am committed to taking personal responsibility, accountability, and ownership for my decisions, actions, results, and outcomes. I expect the same in return. I do not prescribe to blame, bullying, or a toxic culture.

03 | VOW TO be real

This means, I am committed to authenticity; speaking truth from a heart of peace — a heart that leads with curiosity, compassion, and courage.

04 | embrace the adventure of change

This means, I am committed to open-mindedness and a willingness to do things differently — to see every opportunity as an adventure and find creative solutions to problems.

LOVE notes

“I really want to thank you for your hard work and support. You and your team get shit done and the quality of your work is stellar! ”

MINDSET SHIFTS

I hypothesize that if the patterns of fear, limiting beliefs, and negative emotions are removed and replaced with new supportive belief systems, then there is a high likelihood of overcoming change resistant behavior and enabling transformative change across an organization.

02

AMA

Often times, I would use an Ask Me Anything forum to give large groups of people, or teams an opportunity to get questions answered about a project or change effort. Here’s the process.

STORMING

This has served me well throughout my career, “How To Overcome The Five Dysfunctions of a Team”. I’ve included a few exercises to establish Team Agreements.
