Finishing What I Started ...

I was eight-years old working on a yarn picture that I wasn't particularly interested in finishing.  As if it were yesterday, I remember my father passionately telling me, "finish what you start!"  I looked up at him and hesitantly agreed.  That was in 1979 and my father passed away two years later from A.L.S.  Fast forward to many decades later, eight academic institutions, several hundred credit hours, and a successful career that I finally completed my education in Organizational Leadership at Arizona State University.

Throughout the past 35-years, life threw me many curve balls, but through it all, I never lost sight of my promise to finish what I started!  This accomplishment was just as much for my Dad as it was for me.

Organizational leadership is a multidisciplinary academic field of study that focuses on leadership in organizational contexts in professional, business or other applied fields.   As a student at the College of Letters and Sciences, I have taken several organizational behavior and diversity, leadership, financial, and project management courses to prepare me to become a global leader in organizations.
