Wellbeing Advocate

Brenda Petrillo is an Organizational Change Management and Project Management Office (PMO) Leader with over 25 years of business and transformation leadership experience in IT, finance, healthcare, and manufacturing. She has served in several leadership capacities for publicly and privately held organizations and the government sector. Brenda has proudly helped organizations and thousands of people to overcome resistance and adopt change in the workplace.

Brenda also previously developed a mindset coaching and self-development practice focused on helping people reclaim their health and happiness and create balance, harmony, and an enriched quality of well-being. Brenda holds various certifications in coaching, real estate, health insurance, project management, change management, problem management, continuous improvement, and facilitation.

In her spare time, Brenda enjoys cooking, painting, and fitness. She resides with her husband, Steve, and their fur kids in Phoenix, AZ.

MINDSET SHIFTS

I hypothesize that if the patterns of fear, limiting beliefs, and negative emotions are removed and replaced with new supportive belief systems, then there is a high likelihood of overcoming change resistant behavior and enabling transformative change across an organization.
